珠江肇庆江段鲤早期发育形态及其补充群体状况

摘    要:于2006年2-7月在珠江肇庆江段进行鱼苗采样,监测该江段鲤早期资源状况,同时对人工鱼巢中鲤的胚胎进行培育、观察.结果表明:鲤鱼苗出膜时,发育期已达眼黑素期,胚胎发育时序较一般鱼类提前,具有良好的生态适应性;鳔一室期,鱼苗体长为7.5 mm,胸鳍基部无色素,身体肌节数为36对左右;孵出后第25 d,鳍条完全形成,出现少量鳞片,基本具备成鱼的特征.2006年肇庆江段鲤产卵期主要在2月初至4月下旬,有多批次的产卵,鲤总鱼苗径流量初步估计为2.39 ×106尾.同时,对珠江肇庆江段鲤的繁殖生态进行了讨论,并提出了一些对策及其保护措施.

Abstract:The larval resources and embryonic development of common carp Cyprinus carpio were observed by the samples collected from the collectors held in Zhaoqing section in Pearl River from February to July in 2006.It was found that melanic pigmentation appeared before hatching and that the duration of embryonic development was shorter than that in other fishes,indicating that the common carp had good adaptability to environment.The fry with one chamber in their air bladders had total length of 7.5 mm,and about 36 ...
