大豆杂种世代农艺品质性状的遗传变异与互变异研究

摘    要:本文研究大豆农艺、品质性状在杂种 F_3~F_5世代的遗传变异与互变异。产量、脂肪及蛋白质含量等9个性状在上级选择单位间(如 F_2衍生后裔间)的变异大于该级单位内下级单位间(如同—F_2不同 F_3衍生后裔间)的变异,其趋势与理论期望一致。早代各级选择单位内都有一定遗传变异可资利用。由世代间相关估计的遗传力,脂肪及蛋白质含量、生育期、百粒重、株高、主茎节数等性状甚高,适于早代严格选择;产量、单株荚数、倒伏性等性状略低,早代选择压力不宜过强。

Abstract:Fifty F_2-derived F_3 lines,their corresponding 100 F_3-derived F_4 lines with each twofrom a same F_3 line and,in turn,200 F_4-derived F_5 lines obtained in a same way from eachof two soybean crosses were tested in 1986 for the analyses of genetic variation in and co-va-riation among generations.The genotypic variances among F_2-derived progenies of the ninetraits studied,including yield,oil content,protein content etc.,were larger than those amongF_3-derived progenies within a same F_2 ancestry and so was true for the followinggenerations.This descending tendency from upper to lower selection units was coincided withthe theoretical expectation.The genetic variation at various levels of selection unit in earlygenerations could be used for breeding purposes.There appeared pretty high heritability val-ues estimated from correlation between generations for oil content,protein content,days tomaturity,100-seed weight,plant height,and number of nodes on main stem,which indicatedthat high selection pressure could be put in early generations.However,the heritabilities foryield,number of pods per plant,and lodging score were not high enough and a moderate se-lection pressure might be appropriate.
