| 摘 要： | 对高尔夫球场草坪施用多菌灵后其根系层和淋溶水中的残留进行了模拟试验,并简要介绍了草坪根系层和水样中多菌灵农药的测定方法.测定结果表明:在每周施药量等于或低于0.15 g/m2条件下,多菌灵在根系层中的残留低于最小检测浓度(0.001 mg/kg),未检测到多菌灵残留;在每周施药量为0.3 g/m2条件下,仅在根系层表层中检出多菌灵,其最大残留浓度为0.057 mg/kg.即使在草坪上以草坪病害防治中常用量的2倍(0.3 g/m2)施用多菌灵,淋溶水中多菌灵的浓度小于0.02 mg/L.参照国外有关标准,其远远低于俄罗斯制定的地表水中允许的多菌灵残留值(0.1 mg/L).

| Abstract: | Carbendazim residue in root-mixture and leachate was studied using large, intact soil monolith lysimeters, and the method of determining carbendazim residue was briefly described. The results showed that carbendazim residue in root-mixture was less than 0.001 mg/kg and 0.057 mg/kg, following weekly application rate below 0.15 g/m~2 and 0.3 g/m~2 respectively; carbendazim residue was less than 0.02 mg/L in leachate, even following weekly application rate 0.3 g/m~2, much lower than the standards for residue of surface water set by Russia. |
