| 摘 要： | 旅游地灾害风险是旅游区提高应急措施的重要依据,忽略旅游地灾害的风险因素所进行的评价结果缺乏可比性。考虑到旅游地灾害风险与旅游地灾害应急能力的关系,分别建立了旅游地灾害风险及旅游地灾害综合应急能力指标体系,利用加权综合评价法、层次分析法建立了基于风险的城市灾害应急能力综合评价模型,为旅游区提高灾害应急能力水平提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | The risk assessment of tourism destination is a very important accordance to improve the capability of emergency response in tourism area.Ignoring the risk of the disaster in tourism area,the result of the assessment could be lack of comparison.Considering the relationship between the risk and the capability of emergency response in tourism destinations,we established the standard system of them.With the usage of the method of weighted comprehensive evaluation,the method of analytic hierarchy process which were based on the overall assessment on the capability of emergency response of the risky city,we supplied the accordance to determine how to improve the capability of the emergency response in tourism area. |
