摘    要:针对药用植物黄芪的农艺性状和栽培中遇到的主要问题,初步开发制备了黄芪专用型种衣剂,并对其理化性能进行了测定。以不同用量(种子干质量的2%、4%、6%和8%)的黄芪种衣剂包衣为处理,以ND牌种衣剂(种子干质量的8%)包衣和空白种子为双对照,通过发芽、盆栽和大田试验研究了黄芪种衣剂的生理效应。结果表明:黄芪种衣剂的理化性状符合种衣剂的一般标准,对种子发芽安全,能够加速种子萌发,提高出苗率,增加黄芪的根茎和主根体积,从而提高主根的干物质量。

Abstract:Astragalus membranaceus seed coating for specialized uses was preliminarily developed aiming at the agronomic traits of A.membranaceus and the main problems in cultivation.The physical and chemical characters of seed coating were measured.The physiological effects of different concentrations of A.membranaceus seed coating(2%,4%,6% and 8% of seed dry weight) were studied by means of germination experiment,potting experiment and field experiment using seeds coated with ND general seed coating(8% of seed dry weight) and uncoated seeds as controls.Results indicate that the physical and chemical characters of A.membranaceus seed coating accord with the general standard of seed coating,namely,the seed coating is safe to seed sprout.A.membranaceus seed coating can accelerate seed germination,increase seedling emergence rate,and improve root thickness and main root volume,thereby,the dry weight of main root increases.
