| 摘 要： | 以蒙古冰草为材料，研究其染色体核型，并观察其有丝分裂过程。结果表明，蒙古冰草的核型公式为2n=2x=12m＋2sm（2SAT），核型分类为2A。在有丝分裂中期可以观察到1-2条B染色体，形态为圆点状和短棒状。

| Abstract: | The chromosomes karyotype of Agropyron mongolicum Keng was analyzed in this paper and the process of its mitotic division was observed and recorded. The results showed that the karyotype formula of A.mongolicum Keng was 2n=2x=12m （2SAT） ＋ 2sm and the karyotype was 2A type.1 -2 B chromosome can be observed and their shapes were dot or short-stick in the metaphase of mitotic. |
