基于Fluent软件的直喷柴油机螺旋进气道设计

摘    要:利用Catia进行三维造型、用Fluent仿真模拟作为辅助手段来设计进气道。在分析总结螺旋进气道结构特点的基础上,针对小型柴油机的特点,设计出了引导管较短、较陡的螺旋进气道,建立了该进气管的3-D模型,并借助Fluent软件对该气道内的气流进行了仿真模拟,得到了对进气道结构改进有价值的结论。

Abstract:Relied simply on test on the design of helical intake port is high costing and time consuming. A 3-D model of helical intake port was set up by Catia, and the design method of intake port through simulation by Fluent was brought forward. Based on summarizing of configuration characteristic of helical intake port, a short channel intake port was designed to aim at the characteristic of DI mini-diesel engine, a 3-D model was set up, and the artificial simulation to the air current in port has been done through Fluent, and finally some useful conclusions were reached.
