| 摘 要： | 随着我国图书市场的多元化发展,高校图书馆图书采购工作也相应采取了多元化的模式。现阶段高校多采用图书招投标模式,让图书馆运用市场竞争激励机制获取高质高效的服务,促使图书采访工作更规范化,满足教学科研和读者需求。从高校图书馆图书采购实行招投标方式的外部条件和内在因素两个方面进行分析,并结合肇庆学院图书馆图书招投标的实例,着重对图书采购招投标的准备工作和操作步骤进行探讨并提出建议。
