| 摘 要： | 分析了科技创新素质及其构成，阐述了农业科技创新型人才素质的具体要求，认为实施农业科技创新型人才战略、转变农业教育理念、深化农业教育教学与考试方法政策、重视农科学生学习能力与技能培养和加强创新型人才师资建设是培养农业科技创新型人才的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Creation of agricultural science and technology is a creative thiking process of the agricultural creative subjects.Agricultual creative quality is mainly composed of knowledge quality,capability quality,cognition style and paychological quality.The agricultual creative talents need to possess some basic qualities in the new historical period.The cultivation of the agriculural creative talents is a need of making our country into a creation-type one.Agricultural colleges and universities are requied to try to train agricultural creative talents with high qualities by every means in order to adapt to the requiement of agricultural and social develepment of our country in the new period. |
