| 摘 要： | 对云南3个主要地方鸡种及土杂鸡生长性能研究,结果表明,整个饲养阶段,土杂鸡生长速度和产肉性能明显高于地方鸡种。盐津乌鸡、武定鸡的各项生长指标没有显著差异,茶花鸡生长速度最差。但经济效益分析中,由于不同鸡种市场价格存在差别,地方鸡单价高,其经济效益反而高于土杂鸡,经过综合比较,茶花鸡为最好,其次分别为武定鸡、盐津乌鸡,土杂鸡最差。另外,全价配合饲料、舍饲等条件下,几个地方鸡种生长速度都得到了较大的提高。

| Abstract: | Study on the growth performance of three local chicken species and one local-crossing chicken species,The result showed that the growth velocity and meat performance of localcrossing chicken species is apparently higher than that of the local chicken species.There is no significant deviation in very index between Yanjin black-bone chicken and Wuding chicken,the Chahua chicken's growth velocity is the slowest.Because the different chicken have different market price,the benefit of local chicken species is better than that of local-crossing chicken species by analysis.Compared comprehensively,the economy benefit of Chahua chicken is the highest,the next in order is Wuding chicken,Yanjin black-bone chicken,local-crossing chicken is minimal.Another,the growth velocity of these local chicken species has been increased through being fed compound feed and fed in house. |
