干旱胁迫对海姆维斯蒂栒子生长及丙二醛和脯氨酸含量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验法研究了干旱胁迫对海姆维斯蒂木旬子(Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii)生长及叶片中丙二醛和脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,新梢生长量随干旱胁迫程度加深而减小,但处理与对照的差异未达显著;叶片中游离脯氨酸的含量和丙二醛的含量均随干旱胁迫程度的加深而增加,但处理与对照间的脯氨酸含量差异不显著,丙二醛含量在45%干旱胁迫关键处理词时:海与姆对维照斯差蒂异木旬不子显;著干,旱在胁2迫5%;时新差梢异生极长显量著;丙。二综醛合;各脯项氨测酸定指标认为,海姆维斯蒂木旬子具有较强的抗旱能力。采用盆栽试验法研究了干旱胁迫对海姆维斯蒂木旬子(Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii)生长及叶片中丙二醛和脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,新梢生长量随干旱胁迫程度加深而减小,但处理与对照的差异未达显著;叶片中游离脯氨酸的含量和丙二醛的含量均随干旱胁迫程度的加深而增加,但处理与对照间的脯氨酸含量差异不显著,丙二醛含量在45%干旱胁迫处理时与对照差异不显著,在25%时差异极显著。综合各项测定指标认为,海姆维斯蒂木旬子具有较强的抗旱能力。

Abstract:Effect of drought stress on growth and MDA and proline content in the leaves of Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii grown in pats were studied in the experiment.45% and 25% relative water contents in the soil were prepared as two drought stress treatments, regular watering as control. A completely randomized design was used in the experiment and five replieates were arranged. Growth, free proline and MDA content in the leaves were analyzed after treatment. The results showed that the shoot growth increment was deelined with increased degree of drought stress, but had no significant difference with CK. Both proline and MDA content in the leaves increased with strong drought stress, proline content had no significant difference between treatments and CK, MDA content had no significant difference between treatments and CK after 45% relative water contents in the soil and very significant difference after 45%.According to comprehensive analysis, Cotoneaster hjehnqvistii could be considered as ground cover plant with higher drought-tolerance.
