摘    要:本文实测了内蒙古河套地区群众杨、新疆杨及内蒙古呼和浩特郊区小叶杨木材pH值,缓冲容量及脲醛树脂固化时间,从理论上分析三种杨木的酸碱性质对胶合性能的影响。结果表明,三种杨木木材均呈弱酸性,pH值为530~633,酸性接近。三种杨木木材总缓冲容量范围为0282~0296mmol,其中酸缓冲容量为0007~0046mmol,碱缓冲容量为0250~0275mmol。脲醛树脂胶的固化时间随三种杨木的pH值和缓冲容量的增加而增长。

Abstract:We have measured the pH data, buffer capacity and setting time of UF resin of mass poplar, xinjian poplar growing in lnnermongloia. heta district and little loof poplar growing in the shirt of Huhehot. and analvsed the effects on the bindingproperty. caused by their acidity and basicity. The results show that they are all weakly acidic. the pH data ranges from 5 30~6 33. The araaioty is near. The general buffer capacity range of the three kinds of wood is 0 007~0 046 mmol. individucellvacid buffer capacity is between 0 007~0 046 mmol. basiccapaaty 0 25~0 275 mmol. The increase in setting time of UF resin is accompanied by a increase of the buffer capacity oftyd three poplars.
