摘    要:通过对耐热性不同的2个甘蓝品种种子进行热激处理,研究了热激处理对甘蓝幼苗耐热性的影响,结果表明:甘蓝种子经热激处理后,耐热品种叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸含量增幅大于不耐热品种,不耐热品种叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜透性增幅大于耐热品种,而耐热品种的热害指数小于不耐热品种。

Abstract:The study had a heat shock treatment on cabbage seeds of varieties,and it's effect on heat tolerance of cabbage in the seedling stage.The results showed that after heat shock treatment,the content of soluble protein,free proline content in the leaves of heat-resistant variety had a higher increase than in the heat-sensitive variety.But the contents of malondialdehyde and membrane permeability in the leaves of heat-sensitive variety had a higher increase than in the heat-resistant variety.The heat harm index in heat-resistant variety is less than heat-sensitive variety.
