摘    要:知识服务是社会信息化知识化的产物。知识服务要求图书情报机构为用户提供知识含量更高,更加专业化、个性化,更具增值性、创新性的高智能服务。目前图书馆界存在知识服务效率不高的问题,因此,从知识服务的特性出发,分析了要提高知识服务效率,必须重视现在人们容易忽视的几个方面:人类活动、知识服务主体的组织结构、开展知识服务所处的具体环境等。

Abstract:Knowledge Services is a product of social information and knowledge.Knowledge Services requires agencies to provide users with more knowledge-intensive,more specialized,personalized,and more value-added,innovative high-intelligence services.At present there is knowledge services of the library community is not the high efficiency,therefore,the article from the knowledge services of the characteristics,analyzes the efficiency of knowledge services to enhance,must pay attention to is now easy to overlook a few areas: human activities,the main body of the Organization of Knowledge Services the structure of knowledge services in which to carry out a specific environment
