| 摘 要： | 小麦赤霉病是中国南方麦区,尤其是长江中下游麦区的一种严重病害。系统阐述了我国在小麦赤霉病症状及其生理特征分化、种质资源筛选和鉴定、抗性机制、抗病基因的分子标记和克隆及抗病育种等方面的最新研究进展,探讨了目前小麦抗赤霉病育种中存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望。充分利用现有抗源、大力开拓新的赤霉病抗源、改进抗赤霉病性的鉴定方法、传统杂交育种技术与现代生物技术相结合等措施,将有助于进一步提高小麦抗赤霉病育种的成效。
