国内外杂交油葵品种耐盐性鉴定及方法比较

摘    要:为了鉴定中国新育成杂交油葵品种康地102(K102)、康地5(K5)的耐盐性,以引进的高耐盐杂交油葵G101为对比材料,在不同浓度的盐胁迫下,通过萌发期、幼苗期、全生育期实验,比较了它们的耐盐性。实验结果表明,油葵萌发出苗期耐盐性较强,含0.2% ~ 0.6% NaCl的盐土胁迫使油葵达到最大出苗率的时间延长,但最终不影响出苗率;在NaCl处理下,油葵的生育期延迟,其株高、茎粗、果盘面积和籽粒重均显著下降,0.6% NaCl的盐土胁迫下所有油葵品种均不能完成其生活史,而0.4% NaCl 的盐土胁迫下K5不能完成其生活史。不同油葵的耐盐性顺序是:G101>K102>K5。不同方法得出的结论是不一样的,全生育期试验是油葵耐盐性鉴定的最可靠的方法

Abstract:Salinity is a major environmental stress and is a substantial constraint to crop production. Increased salinization of arable land is expected to have devastating global effects. Sunflower hybrid is provided with high salt tolerance and called as a pioneer crop plant in saline soil. Sunflower hybrid G101 from America is a very good species due to crop production and environmental adaptation and planted in many countries. Gravel culture(Seedling period)and pot(The whole peroid) experiments were studied to determined salt tolerance of sunflower hybrid G101 from America and new hybrid K102, K5 from our country to appraise and compare their salt tolerance. The result showed that oleic sunflower was provided with excellent salt tolerance during seedling emergence. Different concentrations of salt (0.2% ~ 0.6% NaCl) didn’t decreased seedling emergence, only delayed seeding emergence. 0.2% ~ 0.6% NaCl delayed sunflower development and inhibited remarkablely plant height, stem width, fruit disk area and decreased dry weight of seeds. All oleic sunflower hybrids didn’t spend their whole life phases under soil contained 0.6% NaCl and so did K5 under soil contained 0.4% NaCl. It suggests that the salt tolerance of oleic sunflower as a glycophyte is restricted. Sequence of salt tolerance from high to low was: G101>K102>K5.Conclusions from different methods were different, The whole period experiment is still indispensable for appraisal of plant salt tolerance.
