摘    要:利用桑枝屑、棉籽壳为主料,辅料中的玉米粉、麸皮、米糠作为3个因素,划定8%,10%两个水平,按L8(27)设计3因素2水平正交试验,糖1%、石灰1%,共设计出8种培养基配方进行试验.通过3种氛源不同配比组合的培养基对杏鲍菇528生长影响的比较,筛选出最适合栽培的培养基配方.试验结果表明,配方6(桑枝屑60%、棉籽壳10%、玉米粉10%、麸皮8%、米糠10%、石灰1%、糖1%)为最佳的培养基配方.

Abstract:Mulberry scraps and cotton seed hull was used in the test as the main substrate containing 1% sugar, 1% lime , supplemented with maize flour, wheat bran, rice bran at 8% and 10%. According to L8 (27) with 2 level, 3 factors, the orthogonal design was carried out. The growth of Pleurotus eryngii 528 was compared in three kind of nitrogen source substrate. For cultivation with a view to production practice, the results showed that the optimum formula was the forth formula with 60% mulberry scraps, 10% cotton ...
