摘    要:克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)染色体数目众多、形态短小的特征,增大了染色体研究的难度。为了更深入地了解克氏原螯虾的细胞遗传学特征,采用一种改进的染色体制备方法,从克氏原螯虾的触角腺中获得了高质量的染色体中期相,并比较了雌雄克氏原螯虾染色体核型之间的差异。结果表明,雌雄克氏原螯虾在染色体数目、染色体配对及分组上是一致的,即雌雄克氏原螯虾的染色体数目均为2n=188,核型公式为n=94=61m+19sm+7st+7T。雌雄克氏原螯虾在染色体核型数据上有所差异,雌性克氏原螯虾的染色体相对长度范围为0.72%~1.61%,雄性克氏原螯虾的染色体相对长度范围为0.58%~1.89%;雌雄克氏原螯虾最大的染色体均是sm型,而雌雄最小的染色体不同型,雄性最小的染色体为T型,雌性最小的染色体为st型;雌雄克氏原螯虾的st型染色体的形态差别最大,但未发现异型性染色体。

Abstract:Since the chromosome of red swamp crayfish, Procambarus clarkii, present large number and short form. The difficult for studying the chromosome of P. clarkii is increased. In order to further explore the cytogenetic characteristics of P. clarkii, high quality chromosomal metaphases were obtained from antennal gland of P. clarkii using an improved protocol in this study. And the karyotype differences between male and female were investigated. The results showed that the chromosome number, chromosome pairing and grouping were identical in male and female P. clarkii. The male and female P. clarkii had the same chromosome number (2n=188) and karyotype formula (n=94=61m+19sm+7st+7T). There are some differences in the statistical karyotype data of male and female P. clarkii. The relative lengths of chromosomes in the female and male P. clarkii were 0.72%-1.62% and 0.58%-1.89%, respectively. The largest chromosome of male and female P. clarkii were sm, while the smallest male and female chromosomal types were different. The smallest male chromosome was T while the female was st. Among the four types, the st morphological differences between the male and female P. clarkii were greatest. However, there was no heteromorphic chromosome to be found in this study.
