水稻叶鞘腐败病的研究——Ⅱ.病原菌生理的研究

摘    要: 试验表明,病原菌生长发育的温度要求在15~35℃,菌丝生长和孢子形成的最适温度为30℃。病菌适应于较广泛的pH值范围,在pH为3~9之间的培养基上生长良好,但以pH5.5为最佳。连续紫外光照射,对病菌生长有抑制作用,黑暗条件有助于菌丝生长和孢子的形成。该菌能有效地利用各种碳源,以蔗糖和葡萄糖为最佳,淀粉次之。对各种形态氮源的利用基本相仿。在马铃薯-洋菜培养基(PDA)上菌丝生长和孢子的形成为最适。水稻叶鞘和嫩穗的提取液能促进病菌孢子提早萌发及提高发芽率。

Abstract:The studies revealed that the temperatures for the growth and development of the pathogen were 15~35℃ with the optimum of 30℃.The pH values of the substrates were relatively broader from pH 3 to pH 9 with the optimum at pH 5.5 for the mycelial growth and sporulation.Continuous light treatments inhibited while complete dark favoured the growth and sporulation.The fungus grew and sporulated better in sucrose and glucose followed by soluble starch as the carbon sources.Ti utilized effectively all the nitrogen sources tested.The best medium forthe fungus was PDA.
The extracts of flag leaf sheath and young panicle of rice plant stimulated spore germination.
