全射流喷头与摇臂式喷头的对比实验

摘    要:提出摇臂式喷头和全射流喷头的计算公式,通过实验对比它们的参数.结果表明,全射流喷头步进角度和步进频率主要由导管长度决定,导管越长则步进角度越大,步进频率越小.对于摇臂式喷头,它的步进角度和步进频率的可改变幅度不大,因此全射流喷头具有一定优越性.提出了全射流喷头步进角度与管长之间的关系式,左右压差与导管长度和工作压力的经验公式.

Abstract:The calculated equations of complete fluidic sprinkler and impact sprinkler were submitted. Their parameters were contrasted by experiments. The experimental results demonstrated that the angle and frequency of complete fluidic sprinkler was mainly depended on the pipe length. The more lengthen of the pipe was, the bigger angle and the lower frequency would be and the smaller the angle and frequency of impact sprinkler range would be. So the complete fluidic sprinkler is more superiority. At the same time the relationship of pipe length and angle of step-by-step operation was brought forward. Empirical equations of pressure difference and pipe length and working pressure were put forward for the first time.
