| 摘 要： | 随着木材调运方式和木材进境口岸多元化发展,有害生物随木材传入风险有所改变。本文从木材口岸检疫力量不均衡、货物流转信息缺失、缓冲距离不足等方面,系统分析木材进境口岸向内陆延伸、多式联运方式对传统木材检验检疫模式的冲击。对此应从木材风险等级、口岸监管能力和设施配备加以综合考量,对进境木材实施分级分类管理。

| Abstract: | With the diversification of the mode transportation of imported wood and wood entry port,pest risk change on the basis of the original.This article from imbalance ability,lack of information,insufficient buffer distance,analysis the impact on the traditional model.So the level of risk,port regulatory capacity and facilities should be considered,to implement classification management of imported timber. |
