小麦抗赤霉病性超亲选育研究

摘    要:1988年配制了感染赤霉病的意大利小麦品种阿夫与我国台湾小麦的正反交组合,严格鉴定杂交后代的抗赤霉病性,进行多代混合选择和单株选择,经过9年试验育成24个抗赤霉病性超亲的品系,其抗病性相当于或超过苏麦3号,其中88-102等3个品系兼抗白粉病。对小麦抗赤霉病性的选择效应、正反交的遗传差异、抗赤霉病性与农艺性状的关系等进行了研究。

Abstract:An Italian cultivar Funo and Taiwan wheat, both of them were sensitive to scab,were used to make reciprocal crosses in 1988.Filial generations were strictly evaluated for scab resistance and both bulk selection and single selection were carried out in several generations.24 transgressive strains with scab resistance were developed through 9 years of experiments ,their scab resistance were similar to or stronger than that of wheat cultivar Sumai 3.Among the 24 strains,Such 3 strains as 88 102 etc,were also resistant to powdery mildew.Furthermore, the selecting effects on transgressive resistance to scab,genetic difference in reciprocal crosses,relationship between scab resistance and agronomic characters, and so on were also investigated in the paper.
