摘    要:剑麻斑马纹病是剑麻的毁灭性真菌病害,是剑麻最严重的病害之一.从海南、广东和广西的剑麻主产区共收集剑麻斑马纹病样品12份,提取其病原菌的基因组DNA并进行rDNA-ITS区序列扩增,序列的比对结果与形态学的鉴定结果相一致,表明参试菌株的病原菌均为烟草疫霉菌(Phytophthora nicotianae Breda);N...

Abstract:Zebra spot disease caused by Phytophthora nicotianae is the most serious and devastating fungi disease in sisal.12 diseased samples were collected from the main sisal production areas in Hainan,Guangdong and Guangxi.The genomic DNA from these samples were extracted,and then rDNA-ITS were amplified.Sequence analysis of the results using morphological identification consistent(comply) with the results,indicated that the strains tested were Phytophthora nicotianae Breda;NJ phylogenetic tree was constructed the result showed that 12 tested isolates could be divided into two groups,and have some genetic differences.Future research would provie a theoretical basis for future research in sisal law zebra spot disease occurrence regularity,prevention methods and disease resistance mechanisms basis.
