摘    要:拮抗菌L-1-6是从辣椒果实表面附生微生物中分离筛选出的对番茄早疫病(Alternaria solani)有拮抗作用的酵母菌;拮抗菌H-2是从李果实表面附生微生物中分离筛选出的对番茄根霉果腐病(Rhizopus nigricans)有拮抗作用的酵母菌。用浓度为1.0×106cfu·mL-1的拮抗菌悬浮液浸泡绿熟期海粉901果实2min,常温贮藏20d,结果表明,拮抗菌L-1-6和H-2悬浮液分别处理番茄果实均能延迟病害发生,分别降低腐烂率40.0%和18.3%,降低失水率0.56%和0.53%,降低总损耗43.2%和21.4%。等体积混合浓度为1.0×106cfu·mL-1的拮抗菌L-1-6+H-2悬浮液处理果实,表现为增加腐烂的发生。用两种拮抗菌悬浮液分别处理番茄果实对果实营养成分含量和感官品质没有不良影响。
