摘    要:制备铜、锌螯合盐烟酸铜、烟酸锌,并将烟酸铜、烟酸锌、CuSO4、ZnSO4、蛋氨酸铜及蛋氨酸锌分别与VA、VB2、VB6直接混合,比较它们各自对维生素稳定性的影响.结果表明,它们对维生素的稳定性影响的大小顺序依次是硫酸盐、氨基酸盐、烟酸盐.可见烟酸盐对维生素的稳定性影响最小,可作为新型微量元素添加剂与维生素混合制成预混合饲料.

Abstract:Chelate compounds of 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid(nicotinic acid) with copper and 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid with zinc were synthesized.Effects of copper nicotinate,zinc nicotinate,copper-methionine chelate,zinc-methionine chelate,copper sulfate and zinc sulfate on stability of vitamin A, vitamin B_2,vitamin B_6 were studied.The results showed that the effect order on stability of vitamin was inorganic salt>aminophenol salt>nicotinate salt.It was forecasted the copper nicotinate and zinc nicotinate could be used as new-type microelememt feed additives to mix with vitamin for preservation or in premix feed.
