| 摘 要： | 相关基因对肌内脂肪含量的影响,已引起国内外研究人员的广泛关注,尤其是高档肉牛的育种方面。本文就影响肌内脂肪沉积的几个相关基因的发现、表达部位以及对肉牛肌内脂肪沉积的影响进行了综述和展望。

| Abstract: | It has been drown wide attention of researchers both at home and abroad that the in-fluence of consequence gene on intramuscular fat content, especially on the breeding of high-grade beef. The discovery and expression of those genes and their effect on the beef intramuscular fat deposition were summarized and prospected in this paper. |
