| 摘 要： | 柠檬酸作为一种饲料酸化剂和调节剂,目前已被广泛应用到断奶仔猪生产中。仔猪日粮中添加柠檬酸可以提高其生产性能,增强机体新陈代谢,促进营养物质的消化吸收,平衡肠道菌群,降低仔猪腹泻率,而且柠檬酸具有无毒、无残留、无抗药性等优点,是目前较为理想的饲料酸化剂。文章从柠檬酸的生物学功能及其在断奶仔猪生产中的应用进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Citric acid has been widely applied to the production of weaned piglets as feed acidifiers and regulators. Citric acid can improve their production performance, promote digestion and absorption of nutrients, balance intestinal microflora, reduce diarrhea rates, and citric acid is currently preferably the organic acid feed additives without drug residues, toxic side effects and drug resistance and other issues. Biological function of citric acid production and application of weaned piglets were reviewed in this paper. |
