摘    要:文章旨在研究饲料中添加益生素对肉鸡的料肉比、粪便排泄物中各种指标的影响。试验选择健康肉鸡108只,随机分成4组,1组对照组和3组试验组:包括益生素低含量组(饲料:益生素为1 000:1)、中含量组(饲料:益生素为1 000:2)、高含量组(饲料:益生素为1 000:4),每组3个重复,每个重复9只鸡。试验期为15 d,对照组按照正常方式饲喂,饲料中不添加益生素,试验组饲喂添加不同含量益生素饲料。每日称取肉鸡的采食量,计算试验期间总采食量;试验开始前和试验结束后分别称取鸡重,计算试验期间肉鸡的增重情况;根据采食量和肉增重计算料肉比;另外,每日对鸡的粪便进行称重。试验结果表明,低含量组和中含量组的料肉比显著低于对照组(P0.05);低含量组和中含量组粪便中粗蛋白质含量显著低于对照组(P0.05);总排粪量在使用益生素5日后开始减少(P0.05);益生素使用后对粪便中灰分的含量影响不显著(P0.05)。

The Influences of Probiotic on Body Weight Gain and Feces Excretion of Broilers

Abstract:To study the influence of probiotic on feed conversion ratio and each index of fecal waste of broilers,108 healthy broilers were chosen and randomly divided into four groups, one group as control group and other three groups as experimental group, including that the group of probiotic low(feed and probiotic was 1000:1), medium(feed and probiotic was 1000:2) and high content group(feed and probiotic was 1 000:4), and each group had three repetition, and each repetition had 9 chickens. Trial period was 15 days. The control group was fed the normal feed quantity without probiotic in feed, however, the experimental group was fed the normal quantity with different content probiotic.During the test, recorded the daily infake of broiler chicken and calculated the total feed intake. At the beginning and ending of the experiment test respectively taken the broiler chicken weight and calculated weight increased during the test. According to the feed intake and weight gain it can be calculated the feed conversion rate. In addition, weighing the daily weight of feces. The experimental results show that: the level of feed conversion ratio in the low and medium probiotic group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05). The crude protein content of feces, the group of low and medium level was lower than the control group(P〈0.05). After using probictic 5 days, the total weight of fences began to decrease thum the control group(P〈0.05). The effect of ash content in fences was not significant after using the probiotic than the control group(P〉0.05).
