摘    要:研究以酵母菌和黑曲霉为发酵微生物,木薯渣为发酵底物,采用固态发酵方式,探索基质含水量、无机氮源种类和添加量、磷酸盐和糖蜜等发酵条件对发酵产物的影响,并在此基础上通过生料扩大培养试验,初步探讨木薯渣发酵饲料的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳生料发酵条件为基质含水量70%、硫酸铵添加量15%、磷酸二氢钠添加量0.5%、酵母菌和黑曲霉接种量10%,发酵周期60h。

Abstract:This study took Saccharomyces cerevisiae and aspergillus niger as mixed fungus, cassava dregs fermented substrate to carry on solid state fermentation, explored the effects of fermentation conditions on fermentation products through substrate moisture, inorganic nitrogen source and amount. On this basis, preliminary discussed the process conditions of cassava dregs fermented feed by expanding culture test. The results showed that the optimum raw material fermentation conditions were water 70%,(NH4)2SO415%, Na H2PO40.5%, saccharomyces cerevisiae and aspergillus niger both 10% and fermentation time was 60h.
