质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药基因在猪源大肠杆菌中的检测

摘    要:为了解河南地区质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药基因(qnrA、qnrB、qnrS、qepA和aac(6′)-Ib-cr)在健康猪源大肠杆菌中的流行与分布,分别设计特异性引物对2009年在河南地区2个规模化猪场猪群的肛门拭子中分离保存的109株猪源大肠杆菌进行聚合酶链式反应扩增。检测结果显示,仅检测到qnrB、qnrS和aac(6′)-Ib-cr,检出率分别为2.8%、10.1%和24.8%。提示质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药基因在河南地区健康猪源大肠杆菌中有一定的发生率,且以qnrS和aac(6′)-Ib-cr为主。质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药基因的出现,可导致耐药基因的水平扩散,势必造成兽医临床用药的难度加大。

Abstract:In order to investigate the prevalence and distribution of plasmid-mediated quinolone resistant genes qnrA,qnrB,qnrS,qepA and aac(6′)-Ib-cr] among Escherichia coli strains isolated from healthy pigs in Henan province,109 Escherichia coli strains isolated from healthy pigs in two large-scale farms in 2009 were subjected to PCR for the presence of plasmid-mediated quinolone resistant genes.The results revealed that only qnrB,qnrS and aac(6′)-Ib-cr were found,their positive detection rates were 2.8%,10.1% and 24.8%,respectively,which suggested that plasmid-mediated quinolone resistant genes have occurred among Escherichia coli strains isolated from healthy pigs in Henan province,among them,qnrS and aac(6′)-Ib-cr were at dominant position.The occurrence of plasmid-mediated quinolone resistant genes will increase the horizontal dissemination of the resistant genes,therefore certainly aggravate the difficulties in drug choice for treatment in veterinary clinical.
