| 摘 要： | 为确定鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)弱毒、鸡马立克氏病毒(MDV)弱毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)以及猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)在细胞上达到最大吸附量所用时间,通过观察病毒在细胞上吸附不同时间后的细胞病变情况来测定病毒在该细胞上达到最大吸附量所用时间。结果表明:IBDV、MDV、PRRSV以及PRV 4种病毒在细胞上吸附一定时间后,细胞病变随着吸附时间的延长而加重,分别在60、120、60、60min时达到峰值。37℃孵育条件下,IB-DV在CEF上的吸附量在60min时达到最大值;MDV在CEF上的吸附量在120min时达到最大值;PRRSV在Marc-145上的吸附量在60min时达到最大值;PRV在PK-15上的吸附量在60min时达到最大值。

| Abstract: | The time of the Infectious Bursal Disease Virus(IBDV),Marek virus(MDV),Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus(PRRSV),Porcine Pseudorabies Virus(PRV) reaching the biggest adsorption quantity on cell was determined.The time was decided through the cytopathic effect induction by virus adsorption at different times.Results showed that after some time of the IBDV,MDV,PRRSV,PRV adsorption,the cytopathic effect became more heavier with the increase of adsorption time,they reached the peak at 60,120,60... |
