| 摘 要： | 为解决苦瓜杂交种繁育及强雌系选育过程中的雌雄花不遇的难题,进行了低温保存大顶苦瓜花粉的试验。试验结果表明,5 d内采用低温保存的花粉,与正常开花的花粉在坐果率、结籽率、种子的发芽率3个方面的差异不明显。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of asynchronous flowering period in hybrid breeding and pistillate line breeding, we stored pollens of broad-shoulder bitter gourd in low temperature. The results showed that, there were no obvious differences in fruit setting percentage, seed-setting rate and germination rate of seeds between pollens stored in low temperature for five days and fresh pollen. |
