冀豆系列品种抗病基因型分子推断

摘    要:大豆花叶病毒病(SMV)和大豆孢囊线虫病(SCN)是危害大豆生产的重要病害。本试验以冀豆系列14个品种为材料,利用RAPD和SCAR标记技术对其进行了大豆花叶病毒病和孢囊线虫病的抗病基因型分析,以寻找可供在大豆生产和育种中利用的抗源。所用引物为重复性较好的OPL_07,OPAO_19和SCW_05。通过分析,我们初步推断冀豆4号和五星一号同时具有大豆花叶病毒SC和Sa两种株系的抗性基因,其中五星一号既具有大豆花叶病毒病抗性基因同时还具有大豆孢囊线虫病抗性基因,可推荐作为大豆生产和育种中优先选用的抗源材料。

Abstract:SMV(Soybean Mosaic Virus) and SCN(Soybean Cyst Nematode) are major diseases of soybean and serious harmful to soybean production.To seek available resistant resources for soybean production and breeding,fourteen cultivars of Jidou series were used to analyze genotypes of resistance to SMV and SCN by using two RAPD and one SCAR markers.The markers,OPL-07-(500) and SCW-05-(660) were linked to the resistance genes(Ra and Rc) to SMV strains(Sc and Sa),while marker OPAO-19-(1200) was linked with the susceptible genes to SCN.The results showed that Jidou 4 and Wuxingyihao possess both resistance genes against SMV strains Sc and Sa.Furthermore,Wuxingyihao has the resistance genes against both SMV and SCN,so it could be recommended as the prior resistant resource in soybean breeding and production.
