| 摘 要： | 分析了2014年广东鳗鱼产业发展现状,包括鳗鱼产量、区域分布、进出口、产业化、鳗业供需情况、已取得新的成就和存在问题等.通过分析2014年广东鳗鱼价格的变化,预测2015年鳗鱼价格的走势.就目前广东鳗鱼产业科技现状,提出了“突出重点,优化布局,形成区域特色;依托科研院所,加强鳗业关键技术的引进和研发;开拓加工流通,培育壮大龙头,推进鳗业产业化经营;扩大市场知名度,向国内市场扩展”等对策建议.

| Abstract: | Development situation of Guangdong eel industry in 2014 was analyzed, including eel yield, regional
distribution, import and export, industrialization, supply and demand situation, achievements and existing problems
etc. Through analyzing the change of Guangdong eel prices in 2014, the trend of eel prices in 2015 was predicted.
And such countermeasures as focusing on emphasis, optimizing layout, forming regional features were proposed, as
well as relying on scientific research institutions, strengthening the introduction and research in eel industry key
technology, opening processing and circulating development, fostering leading enterprises, and promoting eel industry
to be industrialization operated, expanding the visibility of market toward all over the world |
