| 摘 要： | 农业技术推广是农业科学技术转化为现实生产力的重要途径,是实现农业现代化的关键。文章指出现行的带有强烈计划经济色彩的农业技术推广体系已经不适应现代农业经营体制改革的需要,并根据现代农业经营体制改革对农技推广工作提出的新要求,从构建稳定的多元化农业技术推广体系、创新农业技术推广机制、加强农技服务的市场指导、提升农技人员的综合素质等方面提出了创新农业技术推广工作的建议。

| Abstract: | Popularization of agricultural technology is an important way in the transformation of agricultural science and technology into practical productive forces, and it is also the key to achieve agricultural modernization. It was pointed out that the current agricultural popularization system with a strong planned economy no longer meets the needs of modern agricultural management system. According to the new requirements of modern agricultural management system for agricultural popularization work, it was recommended to innovate the popularization of agricultural technology from four aspects, including building stable and diversified popularization system of agricultural technology, innovating mechanism of agricultural technology popularization, strengthening market guidance for agricultural services, and improving comprehensive quality of technicians. |
