| 摘 要： | 浓度 5、10、2 0、40mg/L多效唑处理的蝴蝶兰初花期分别比对照提前 14、10、16、13d ,相应地盛花期 (以 5 0 %植株花开 )也都提前 10d以上。 4个浓度处理均使蝴蝶兰营养生长减缓 ,最终花箭高度降低 ,其中以 2 0和 40mg/L影响最大 ;但对花径、花朵数量影响不大。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the paclobutrazol(PP 333) was used to regulate the flowering time of Phalaenopsis and the results showed:paclobutrazol could advance the early flowering time for a long time. Treated with the concentration of paclobutrazol in 5 mg/L its flowering time could be 14 days early compared with the check;in 10 mg/L, 10 days early;in 20 mg/L,16 days early and in 40mg/L,13 days early.All the treatments could decelerate the nourishment growth and reduced the finally height of flower-stalk, but it had no influence on the diameter of flowers and the whole number of flowers. |
