炉灶一体式生物质气化炉灶头的结构设计及燃烧热性能测试

摘    要:针对炉灶一体式生物质气化炉燃气压力小、低位热值偏低的特点,设计了与气化反应器配套使用的灶头装置,并对该灶头进行了燃烧热性能测试。试验结果表明:该灶头可保证生物质燃气稳定燃烧,二次风流量为0.0128m3/min时,热效率高达36.58%,火力强度高达2.85kW,且无回火和黄烟现象产生。

Abstract:Aiming to the characteristics of low gas pressure and low lower heating value of biomass stover combined gasifier and burner,a burner was designed and the combustion thermal performance experiment was performed.The testing results of combustion thermal performance of burner showed that the burner could keep the biomass gas burn steady.When the optimal flow of secondary air for burner was 0.0128 m3·min-1,the heating efficiency and the thermal output of burner could reach 36.58% and 2.85 kW,respectively.Also,there were no fire returning to biomass gasifier and no yellow flames in the burning process.
