| 摘 要： | 对彩色棉花叶片不同生育时期的光合色素含量进行了较为系统的测定分析 ,表明彩色棉叶片叶绿素a、b、(a+b)含量的动态变化趋势与白色棉较为一致 ,但彩色棉叶片的叶绿素a、b、(a +b)含量除幼苗期外 ,各生育时期 (特别是后期 )均比白色棉低。彩色棉中 ,棕色棉与绿色棉之间的叶绿素a、b、(a +b)含量也有差异。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the content of Photothetic-chromosome in Nature-coloered cotton leaf by numbers during the different period, this paper claims that the dynamic trends of chlorophyll-content including a and b and (a+b) in nature-coloured cotton leaf is the same as the white upland-cotton. And the content of chlorophyll including a and b and (a+b) in Nature-coloered cotton leaf is lower than the white upland-cotton excludes the germinal period. It also indicates that there are differences about the content of chlorophyll between brown-coloured cotton and green-coloured cotton. |
