摘    要:用顶空固相微萃取结合GC-MS方法分析了两种凝固方法制备的胶凝块的挥发性成分,发现凝固方法不同,凝胶块挥发性组分有差异,生物凝固胶凝块的挥发性成分中含有更多的吲哚、3-甲基吲哚和苯酚,这可能是造成生物凝固胶凝块比酸凝固胶凝块臭气更重的主要原因.

Abstract:GC-MS method combined with headspace solid phase micro-extraction was used to analyzed the volatile components of wet rubber clots which were prepared by different coagulation ways. There was a difference between the volatile components of the wet rubber clots. The volatile components of biological coagulation gelling block contained more indole, 3-methylindole and phenol, which might cause that biological coagulation gelling block odorous heavier than acid coagulation gelling block.
