| 摘 要： | 利用奶牛家庭饲养生产成本收益数据,运用数据包络分析方法,对内蒙古奶牛家庭饲养方式的生产效率进行了实证分析。研究表明:2004年～2009年内蒙古奶牛家庭饲养全要素生产率年均增长5%,全要素生产率增长的主要推动力是技术进步,技术效率的贡献为负;观测年份家庭饲养生产要素配置不合理,平均技术效率为81.9%,同期小规模养殖实现了效率最优、规模最佳,因此,由散养向家庭适度规模养殖转变是转型期内蒙古奶牛家庭饲养的现实选择。

| Abstract: | Based on the cost-benefit data during 2004-2009,using data envelopment analysis(DEA) method,we analyzed the productive efficiency of household-feeding of dairy cows in Inner Mongolia.The result showed that total factor productivity of household-feeding of dairy cows with an annual increase of 5% during 2004-2009,and main impetus of the increase of TFP was technological progress,while technological efficiency hindered the increase of TFP;Allocation of productive elements was irrational,and average technical efficiency was 81.9%,but small scale of dairy cows was better than household-feeding dairy cows in the aspects of both efficiency and scale.Therefore,promoting household-feeding dairy cows to transfer to appropriate scale is the best choice during the transformation of dairy industry. |
