| 摘 要： | 以红掌幼嫩叶片为外植体,采用MS培养基,研究了4种激素(生长素2,4-D、NAA和细胞分裂素6-BA、KT)对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:生长素2,4-D效果优于NAA,细胞分裂素6-BA优于KT,2,4-D是主要的诱导因子。在几种激素组合中,以MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L的诱导效果较好。

| Abstract: | The tender leaves of Anthurium andraeanum were cultured on MS with different 2,4-D,NAA,6-BA and KT combination to study the effect on callus induction of Anthurium andraeanum.The results showed that the callus induction effect of 2,4-D was better than NAA with that of 6-BA better than KT,and 2,4-D was the main factor affecting callus induction rate of Anthurium andraeanum.The callus induction rate of Anthurium andraeanum cultured on MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L was the highest among the tested treatments... |
