| 摘 要： | 我国的沙漠化面积达到 2 62 .2万 km2 ,占全国土地面积的 2 7% ,吞食了大面积农田、草场和牧场 ,埋没了不少村庄 ,有些地区断绝了交通 ,给人们带来了巨大的灾害。因此 ,中央决定开发大西北 ,加速造林种草的绿化步伐。本文着重讲了防风固沙造林的具体办法和措施。

| Abstract: | The area of desertization land are 2.62 million km 2,covering 27% of the total area of national land. Large area of farmland, range and pasture has been devoured. Some villages have been submerged. Traffic in some districts has been stopped. The Central Committee of the Party determined to develop Northeast and quicken greening step. Concrete methods and measures have been discussed in this paper. |
