| 摘 要： | 以调查问卷和实地访谈资料为论据,从区域分布、联结关系、带动农户能力3个方面对江西水产龙头企业和农户利益联结机制的特点进行了分析;总结出江西水产龙头企业和农户利益联结模式有合同式联结方式和股份式联结方式,其中合同式联结方式又包括保护型、服务型及返利型,并结合案例和数据对各联结方式进行了分析;进一步分析目前存在的农户违约率高、企业对政府依赖程度高、农户和企业地位不平等3个问题。对建立更加紧密的利益联结机制提出了对策。

| Abstract: | In this thesis the characteristics of the benefit mechanism between leading fishery enterprise and peasant households in Jiangxi province were analyzed from the following three factors based on questionnaire investigation and on-spot surveys.Those were the spatial distribution,coupling relationship and the ability of the leading fishery enterprise to lead the peasant households towards prosperity.Then,two kinds of patterns of the benefit mechanism:Sharing Type coupling model and Contracting Type coupling model,were summarized and Contracting Type included Protecting Type,Servicing Type and Benefit Returning Type.Moreover,each coupling relationship was analyzed based on case study and survey.Thirdly,three current problems: the high rate of contract breaking,the high dependence relationship and the inequality position,were also summarized.Finally,three suggestions were given to establish more tightening benefit mechanism. |
