| 摘 要： | 运用植物解剖学方法,对蔓长春花和花叶蔓长春花的根、茎、叶进行了显微结构研究,结果表明:二者的形态解剖结构存在明显差异:蔓长春花茎的维管束排列成均匀的一圈,花叶蔓长春花维管束中有4个部分细胞数量较多,向髓部突起;蔓长春花根为五原型,花叶蔓长春花为六原型;蔓长春花栅栏组织只有一层,叶柄有两个维管束,花叶蔓长春花栅栏组织为两层,叶柄只有一个维管束。另外,两种植物的表皮特征基本相同:上下表皮都有气孔器,表皮细胞垂周壁波浪状,气孔器为平列型。

| Abstract: | Microstructures of roots,stems and leaves on Vinca major Linn and Vinca major Linn.cv.Variegata were investigated by means of plant anatomy in the present study.The result demonstrated that significant differences in anatomy had been observed between them.In Vinca major Linn,the vascular bundle of the stems arrayed in a uniform circle,however the number of four partial cells was larger and bulged the core in the vascular bundle of Vinca major Linn.cv Variegata.The root was five prototypes in Vinca major Lin... |
