Abstract:To provide the basis for quality standards of Ampelopsis grossedentata,the fingerprints of Ampelopsis grossedentata were established by HPLC in the present study.The samples were separated by a Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 gradient system as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1and the detective wave length for the fingerprinting was at 291 nm.Then the chromatograms were compared with "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM" software published by ChPC(Version 2004A).Therefore,HPLC fingerprint were established with 10 marked common peaks,and the methodology satisfy the requirements of fingerprint technology.The obtained method was stable and reliable with good repeatability,which may be used to establish HPLC fingerprint of Ampelopsis grossedentata(Hand-Mazz) W.T.Wang.
