| Abstract: | A method for quantification of berberine in ethanol extract of Macleaya cordata（Willd.） R.Br was established by HPLC in the current study.The separation was performed on a Dikma Diamonsil^TM C18（250∶mm × 4.60∶mm） column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05∶mol phosphoric acid solution（25∶75）.The column temperature was at 35 ℃,and the flow rate was 1.0∶mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was at 345 nm,and injection volume was 20∶μL.Using the above-described methods,berberine in Macleaya cordata was well separated with a good linearity,and the average recovery was 96.03%（RSD=3.46%）,which was reproducible,sensitive,accurate and reliable for berberine quantification in Macleaya cordata,it could be used for the quality control of Macleaga cordata biological pesticide. |
