摘    要:采用Dikma DiamonsilTM C18柱(250 mm×4.60mm),流动相为乙腈-0.05mol磷酸(25∶75),柱温为35℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为345nm,进样量为20μL,对博落回乙醇提取液中小檗碱进行定量分析.结果表明:小檗碱和其他成分能获得基线分离,线性关系良好,平均加样回收...

Abstract:A method for quantification of berberine in ethanol extract of Macleaya cordata(Willd.) R.Br was established by HPLC in the current study.The separation was performed on a Dikma Diamonsil^TM C18(250∶mm × 4.60∶mm) column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05∶mol phosphoric acid solution(25∶75).The column temperature was at 35 ℃,and the flow rate was 1.0∶mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was at 345 nm,and injection volume was 20∶μL.Using the above-described methods,berberine in Macleaya cordata was well separated with a good linearity,and the average recovery was 96.03%(RSD=3.46%),which was reproducible,sensitive,accurate and reliable for berberine quantification in Macleaya cordata,it could be used for the quality control of Macleaga cordata biological pesticide.
