大蒜试管苗玻璃化机理的研究

摘    要:本文以红皮大蒜和白皮大蒜的组培玻璃苗和正常苗为材料,通过解剖结构和生理生化分析,探讨了大蒜玻璃化发生的可能机理.结果表明:玻璃苗叶肿胀,半透明水浸状;表皮细胞排列不整齐,气孔突出;维管束组织排列散乱且密度小;薄壁细胞变形,体积增大.玻璃苗组织含水量增加,电解质渗出率增大,过氧化物酶活性提高且酶谱带数增多,而纤维素含量、叶绿素含量和苯丙氨酸氨解酶活性下降.

Abstract:In this paper, red and white garlic was cultrured in vitro to investigate the anatomical structure, physiological and biochemical metabolism of vitrification. The results showed that vitreous shoots showed leaves swollen , tissue hyperhydric and translucent, epidermal cells displaying irregular, inferior epidermis with prominent stomata symptom, vascular bundle displaying disorderly and lower density, parenchyma with form exchanged, bigger volume. Physiological and biochemical characteristics also revealed great differences between normal and vitreous shoots. In vitreous shoots the tissue water content, the electrical conductivity and the activity of POD increased, but the content of chlorophyll, cellulose and activity of PAL decreased.
