| 摘 要： | 我国已加入WTO，这意味着国内肉牛业参与国际贸易的时代已经来临，在总结了世界肉牛业目前的发展趋势和现状的基础上，从国内养牛业存在的缺陷和问题，对我国北方地区肉牛业发展应注重的规划、目标、育种方向和技术、饲养繁育体系、发展模式等提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Entry WTO of China means Chinese beef industry have to participate international competition. Based on analysis of developing trend of global beef industry and present situation and shortcomings of Chinese beef industry, it was suggested layout, aims, breeding direction and technology, raising and breeding systems and developing model should emphasized in north areas of China. |
