| 摘 要： | 通过AA鸡、京白鸡、新浦东鸡和土杂鸡(各30只,公母各半)的8项血液指标和6项肌间脂肪酸指标的测定分析知道:不同品种在血液和肌间脂肪酸性状上存在着显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的差异;品种内个体间在血液和脂肪酸上的变异程度也不同。从鸡品种内个体间差异最小,其次是新浦东鸡和京白鸡,变异程度最大的是土杂鸡。血液性状与肌间脂肪酸性状存在着不同程度的相关关系,且其相关程度因品种不同而表现不一。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the eight blood indexes and six inter-muscular fatty acid indexes of AA chicken, Jingbai chicken,Xinpudong chicken and Tuza chicken,it can be found that there were significant or no-siginifcant in character of blood and inter-muscular fatty acid in different strains.The mutation degree of individuals among a strain is different tod,of which the biggest is Tuza chicken,then the second is Jingbai chicken and Xinpudong chicken,and the last is AA chicken.There are different relation between the character of blood and muscular fatty acid in different strains. |
