论农产品供应链与农产品品牌建设

摘    要:建立农产品品牌不仅有利于农民收入的提高,缓解城乡收入差距的扩大化,还有利于食品消费的安全。农产品标准化和农产品质量是农产品品牌建设的关键,通过发展农产品供应链,可以促使农产品从"田间到餐桌"的标准化实施,提高农产品质量,从而为农产品品牌建设打下坚实的基础。

THE CONSTRUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL SUPPLY CHAIN AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT BRAND

Abstract:Building agricultural product brand not only benefits the increase of farmers' income,shorten the income gap between the urban and the rural,but also benefits the safety of food consumption.Standardization and quality of agricultural product are two key factors in building agricultural product brand.By developing agricultural supply chain,standardization of agricultural product from "farmland to table" could be better accomplished and quality of agricultural product could be further promoted so as to lay a solid foundation for agricultural brand building.
